How we work

A team of experts for the price of one hire

We work as your marketing department through a Dynamic Partnership. Here's who that suits, what it costs, and what happens on the first call.

Are we a fit? Here's how to tell.

We're small on purpose, so you work with the people who do the work, and we say no when we can't help. We're interviewing you as much as you're interviewing us.

We're a good fit if

  • You have staff, steady revenue, and marketing is the next hire on your list.
  • You need strategy, content, ads, and a website, and no one person does all four.
  • You'd rather not learn to manage a creative team on top of running the business.
  • You want a plan for the year and numbers you can check, not a pile of posts.

We're not a fit yet if

  • You need one logo or one post at the lowest price in town.
  • Marketing doesn't have a line in the budget yet. Read the blog for now, and we'll be here when it does.
  • You want to pay us a cut of results. We charge for the work, and the work grows when you do.
  • You want someone to take orders without pushing back.

Very small businesses are a case-by-case call. If that's you, ask anyway.

Your marketing department, from $1,500 a month

A Dynamic Partnership works like a fractional CFO for marketing. We learn the business, plan the year with you, and manage the marketing investment.

The typical approach

One marketing hire

Who would you hire?

Pick every role the job would need.

One team, every month

Dynamic Partnership

$18,000 for a full year at the floor

$1,500a month to start

3-month minimum

No recruiting, benefits, or software bills. The plan and the price grow with the business.

Every partnership is tailored. Each one includes:

  • Strategy calls to plan the year and set goals
  • Check-ins that review the numbers and set the next goals
  • The work itself, scoped to your plan: content first, then ads, a newsletter, or the website as you grow
  • One team that already knows your business

Who you get

  • Strategist
  • Designers
  • Video crew
  • Photographers
  • Web developers
  • Ads and social managers

A Dynamic Partnership doesn't buy 40 hours a week of one person. It buys a team's range of skills for a fraction of what one hire costs.

One plan, reviewed with you, adjusted as you grow

  1. Learn the business

A strategy call on your customers, your numbers, and what has and hasn't worked.

  2. Plan the year

We set the goals with you and decide where the budget goes first, and what waits.

  3. Do the work

Content, campaigns, and the website, made by the people you met on the call.

  4. Check in

We review the numbers with you, keep what works, and cut what doesn't. No vanity reports.

  5. Grow with you

Ads, a newsletter, or a bigger website join the plan as the business grows. That's what we mean by sharing your success. It isn't a commission.

Or start with one project

Some clients start with a project to see how we work. Others go straight to a Dynamic Partnership. Either way, we build the project to fit the plan that comes after it.

The fine print, in plain words

Why a 3-month minimum?

Marketing takes time to set up and longer to show what's working. Three months is the shortest stretch that gives a plan a fair test. Anything shorter and you'd be paying us to learn the business and leave.

What does $1,500 a month cover?

It's the floor, not a package. We scope every partnership to the plan from the strategy call, and you see the scope and the price before you sign.

Is the price tied to our results?

No. You pay for the work. When we say we grow when you do, we mean the partnership adds services as the business needs them, not that we take a cut.

Can we buy social media management on its own?

No. Social, content development, recruiting content, and ads management are sold inside a Dynamic Partnership, because they don't work without a plan behind them.

Can we start with a project instead?

Yes. A website, a shoot, a broadcast, or a video is a good way to work together first. Some clients skip that and start with a Dynamic Partnership.

What the first conversation looks like

It's a working session, not a pitch.

  1. Before

Tell us about the business through the contact form. Bring last year's numbers if you have them.

  2. On the call

We talk through your customers, your goals, and what you've tried. Expect a lot of questions.

  3. After

You get our honest read: a Dynamic Partnership, a project first, or not yet. If it's a fit, we send a scope and a price.

Bring last year's numbers. Leave with a straight answer.

We'll spend the call on your business, not our slides.
