Marketing for practices that would rather be seeing patients.

We're a video, web, and marketing team in Mobile, Alabama. We build the site families find you on, the intake that runs without a phone call, and the job posts that fill clinical roles, so your staff can stay with patients.

Referrals need somewhere to land

โ€œWe take referrals from three counties, and our website is a Facebook page.โ€ We build the whole presence at once: the logo, the graphics, the site, email, and social listings.

Developmental Journeys intake form, built by AVO Dynamics: four steps from 'About You' to 'Anything Else', with Provider / Referral among the ways to reach out
Developmental Journeys Family Guide, built by AVO Dynamics: 'What Happens Before Day One', with a guide to the process, insurance, and the first session
The Family Guide walks parents through everything before the first session.
Developmental Journeys home page on a phone, built by AVO Dynamics: 'Quality Autism Care Close to Home' with a Schedule a Consultation button
The home page, on a phone.

Developmental Journeys brings ABA therapy into the homes of children with autism across rural Middle Tennessee. When Lori Waltman and Carmen Brown started it, there was no logo, no site, and nothing to send a family to.

We built all of it: the logo, every graphic, and the site. One form handles a consultation request, a question, or an insurance check, and a provider referring a child has a path of their own.

The site serves 11 counties and more than 50 towns. A new practice has no โ€œbeforeโ€ to beat, so that's the number we show.

Clinical roles that fill without a recruiter

โ€œWe post the same EMT opening every month and nobody applies.โ€ The site recruits for you: job posts written for the role, designed notifications, and routing that sends each applicant to the right hiring manager.

The careers page, where every posting lands.
Elite Industrial job posting on a phone, built by AVO Dynamics: EMT Industrial Emergency Response & Rescue, open, full time and part time, with the position overview
A posting, on a phone.

Elite Industrial puts medical, safety, and firefighter crews inside manufacturing plants, and it runs EMS transport for cities. It is always hiring, and nobody there recruits full time.

So the site does the recruiting. We write each post for the role, and every application reaches the right hiring manager with an email built to be read.

Careers-page traffic grew 3.7x from February to April 2026, against the four months before, and the staff kept doing their own jobs. Not bad for a marketing agency. And unlike a recruiter, we don't charge a fee when a role fills.

Reviews

From our other work

No medical client has a review on file yet, so these come from a nonprofit, a contractor, and a food tour.

Lane and Ava were amazing to work with. They researched the project and arrived prepared and ready to record our campaign promotional video. They had excellent ideas and suggestions throughout the process. They made us feel at ease and we were extremely pleased with the resulting product. Lane's video production was clear and beautifully filmed. When we needed to make a change, his edits were flawless. Alex and I highly recommend Lane and AVO Dynamics. They are professional and you will not be disappointed with the results!

AVO Dynamics was great to work with from the videography all the way through editing. Their editing was completed in a very timely manner, and all work was well done.

FAQ

Questions practices ask

Working with us

Do you work outside the Gulf Coast?

Yes. Developmental Journeys serves 11 counties in rural Middle Tennessee, and we built its site from Mobile.

Can you write job posts for clinical roles?

Yes. Elite Industrial's EMT postings are ours, from the job description to the email that lands when someone applies.

We're a new practice. Is that too early?

Maybe not. Take the fit quiz, and it will tell you plainly if it's too early.

Get back to your patients.

Tell us what the practice needs most: referrals, intake, or staff. We'll tell you what we'd do first.
