A careers site that recruits on its own

AVO built passive recruiting into the company's marketing. Job descriptions are written to sell the role. Each application goes straight to the hiring manager for that role, and designed email notifications keep managers and applicants moving.

The social media work sends people to the careers page, and each job posting ranks in search on its own.

Applications arrive through the site every month, and the open positions fill without an active recruiting effort. An EMT posting in the Quad Cities is one of the site's top search pages.
