The challenge
Spartan Comfort Systems supplies mini-split HVAC units through a dealer program. Inventory, warranty registrations, and claims all ran on paper and spreadsheets, and the company had no website: its marketing ran through its sister company, an HVAC service provider.
What we did
AVO built the public site and the system behind it as one piece, so the paperwork moves on its own. Nobody tracks anything by hand: the team steps in only when something arrives, such as a new claim.
The outcome
Within weeks of the June 2026 launch, Spartan ranked first for its own name, and organic search now brings half of all visits. Dealers and owners help themselves: the warranty form and the troubleshooting pages are among the most-visited pages on the site.
The owners estimate the warranty and claims paperwork fell from about ten hours a week to about one.
