Which one sounds like you?

Most owners call us with one of four problems. Here's each one, and the client whose site fixed it.

You're starting from zero

developmentaljourneys.com

You just opened. No site, no logo, nothing to send people to. We build the whole presence at once - the logo, the graphics, and the site - so you launch looking like you've been around for years.

developmentaljourneys.com

Logo and brand basics

A mark, colors, and type that hold up on a yard sign and a phone screen.

A custom site

Built for the people you serve. For Developmental Journeys, that's families across 11 counties and 50+ towns in rural Middle Tennessee.

Email on your domain

Addresses that match the site, working on launch day.

You're always hiring, and your site doesn't help

elite-industrial.com/careers

Open roles all the time, and nobody whose job is filling them. We build recruiting into the site: job posts that sell the role, applications routed to the right hiring manager, and designed email notifications. Elite Industrial's open positions now fill without a recruiting campaign, and visits to its careers page grew 3.7x in early 2026.

Job descriptions

Written to sell the role to the person you want, not just list duties.

Application routing

Each applicant lands with the hiring manager for that role.

Designed notifications

Emails your managers and your applicants actually open.

Your business runs on paper and spreadsheets

Warranties, claims, inventory. It's all in binders and a spreadsheet one person understands. We build the back office into the site, so your staff only react when something arrives.

Spartan Comfort Systems admin dashboard, built by AVO Dynamics: counts of warranty registrations, warranty claims, and contact inquiries by status
The admin dashboard: every registration and claim, by status.
Spartan Comfort Systems troubleshooting portal, built by AVO Dynamics: the LED Matcher narrows 41 fault codes to the two that match the board's lights, with fault E2 open
The troubleshooting portal matches a board's lights to its fault code.

0records anyone tracks by handThe site takes registrations and claims, writes the PDFs, and sends the emails. Staff act when one arrives.

Spartan Comfort Systems supplies mini-split HVAC units through a dealer program. Before the build, they tracked everything on paper and spreadsheets: inventory, warranty registrations, and claims.

Now customers register warranties and file claims on the site. The system writes the PDFs, sends the emails, and files each one in a custom admin panel. Owners troubleshoot their own units, too: an interactive portal walks them through each error code.

Your site can't take money or signups

People call to sign up, and you take payments by hand. We build sign-ups and payments into the site, sized to how you sell.

Silver Creek Range membership page, built by AVO Dynamics: four membership tiers from $180 to $500 under a Members-Only Range badge

Joining, on a phone.

FullOnline sign-ups filled the range, so it closed registration2025, confirmed by the owners. No figure given.

Silver Creek Range is a members-only shooting range, a category most ad platforms restrict. The site has to do the selling on its own.

We built it to sell memberships and take registrations online, so joining doesn't start with a phone call. It worked too well: so many people joined that Silver Creek had to close registration.

Two ways to price it

Weigh a hire against our team, or price the site itself. Each shows its answer before we ask for an email.

Step 1 / 9

How many pages does the site need?

    Your estimate so far

The estimator needs JavaScript to price your answers.

    The starting price: $5,000.

Up to 5 pages on an adapted template, mobile-ready, with a contact form, analytics, and launch.

A directional estimate, not a quote.

    • The estimate line by line, written so you can forward it to a partner or your bookkeeper
    • What the starting price covers and what each answer added
    • A project brief built from your answers, ready to take to us or to any other vendor
    • Leave a phone on the next step and we'll call to book a free review of your current marketing.

    Dynamic Partnership

    $18,000

The starting price: $1,500 a month, 3-month minimum.

Your monthly budget stays fixed. We move it between paid ads, video, and social, toward whatever works best for your business at that price, so you don't have to be the expert on which one to focus on.

Scoped to your plan, content first, then ads. A strategist, designers, a video crew, and web developers join as the plan needs them. No recruiting, benefits, or software bills.

    How the partnership works
    Where these numbers come from

Salaries: BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, May 2025, Mobile, AL, median to mean, rounded. Benefits and payroll taxes: BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, 30 to 36 percent of wages. Tools: list prices, October 2026. Recruiting: SHRM 2025 cost per hire, spread over two years. Equipment: a laptop and peripherals over three years. Owner time: hours a week at $50 an hour, our estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions Straight Answers About Building Your Site

The questions we hear on every discovery call, answered before you have to ask.

How long does it take to build a website?

Depends on scope, but most custom builds land 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. We don't drag things out to pad the invoice. We get you live and move on to the next thing that makes you money.

Do I get a say in the design, or are you handing me a template?

Templates are for people who don't want to stand out. Every site starts from scratch: your brand, your goals, and your feedback the whole way through.

The site is where the rest of it lands

Each client above needed more than a site. These are the services a site leans on most.

Ready for a site that actually works?

You've read this far, so you already know your current site isn't cutting it. Let's build the one that does.

A reply within one business day, then a 45-minute call.

    What happens next

    1. We read it

Someone on the team reads your answers and checks whether we're the right people to help.

    2. We set a time

Within one business day, we email you times for a 45-minute call.

    3. We talk

Bring last year's numbers if you have them. You leave with our honest read: a project, a Dynamic Partnership, or not yet.
